A simple, flavour-packed twist on classic wingsâsweet, tangy, and just the right amount of heat. Perfect for weeknights, game nights, or your next backyard BBQ.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken wings (local if you canâtry Wing Wednesdays @cloverleaffarms6741)
Salt, pepper, and cayenne (to taste)
2 tbsp SNickelFritz Kitchens Butter Tart Mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
A few drops of hot sauce (Cholula works beautifully)
Directions
Season the wings with salt, pepper, and cayenne to your preference.
Cook the wings:
BBQ or roast at 400°F (200°C), turning once, until golden and crisp (about 35â45 minutes).
Make the sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together Butter Tart Mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil, and hot sauce.
Toss and serve:
While wings are hot, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Serving Notes: These wings balance sweet and savoury with a subtle heatâno extra dip needed. Pair with a crisp lager or a simple cucumber salad to round things out.
