This delicious roast salmon is an easy recipe that is great for weeknight quick dinners or weekend dinners that will impress your guests!
Preheat oven or BBQ to 375F
Ingredients:
1 filet of salmon, skin on
salt and pepper
2 - 3 tbsp SNickelFritz Kitchens Butter Tart Mustard(TM)
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
Method
Place salmon on a tinfoil-lined baking or bbq-friendly sheet
Lightly season with salt and pepper
Spread Butter Tart Mustard to liberally cover the salmon
Sprinkle rosemary (if using)
Bake or BBQ for approx 20 min or until the salmon flakes at the thickest part.
Serve with sides of roast potatoese, roast asparagus and salad made with Butter Tart Mustard Dressing (coming soon!)
