Chicken & Bacon Pita Pockets

These easy pita's are comfort food at it's finest. Crispy bacon + juicy mustard-marinated chicken stuffed in warm pitas with fresh veggies + dill sauce make weeknight dinner magic.

Ingredients
1 lb chicken (bite-size pieces)•
3 tbsp SNickelFritz Oktoberfest mustard•
2 garlic cloves, minced•
2 tbsp olive oil•
1 tsp smoked paprika + drizzle honey•
6 slices bacon, cooked crispy•
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato (chopped)•
Pita pockets•
Dill sauce: ½ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp fresh dill, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard, 1 grated garlic clove, salt + pepper
How to make it:
Mix chicken with mustard, garlic, olive oil, paprika + honey. Let it marinate 30 mins.
Cook chicken in a hot pan until golden + cooked through.
Stir together all sauce ingredients.
Warm pitas, stuff with lettuce, cucumber + tomato. Add chicken + crispy bacon.
Drizzle with plenty of dill sauce + garnish with fresh dill.
